Fagotti v Acme & Co Ltd [2015] NZEmpC 135

BuckettLaw took the case to the Employment Relations Authority, who found that the employee had been unjustifiably dismissed due to a pre-work trial and the employer had unfairly bargained in respect of the employment agreement. The employee was awarded compensation for the hurt and humiliation of a dismissal, reimbursement of lost wages and a contribution to legal costs.
